1 cup sprouted dal
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste

2 Tbsp chopped onions

2 Tbsp chopped cucumber
2 Tbsp pomegranate seeds
2 Tbsp lemon juice
Ginger to taste
Green chilli to taste
Cornflakes Prep –
1 Cup Cornflakes
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1 pinch
1 Tsp Honey
2 Piece Cashews
1 Piece Date
Final Prep –
Prepped Sprouts
Prepped Cornflakes
1 Cup Curd
Green chutney
Imly Chutney
Mint Leaf to garnish.
I added some ingredients keeping in mind their benefits –
Honey Is Rich in Antioxidants.
Honey Also Helps Improve Cholesterol.
Dates are High in Fiber.
Pomegranate prevents arthritis.
