*This is my 2020 fitness journey, I don’t touch much on years previous*

I decided to film this video as I know it’s something so many of my followers can relate to after receiving so many similar dm’s, so I just wanted to share my journey and remind you that it’s never too late to make healthy choices and see results even after years of a restrictive-binge cycle.

I began 2020 with one goal – to fix my eating habits and find my balance. After years of restricting myself dangerously for ‘quick fixes’, and binging – I decided enough was enough. I had to find a healthy weight loss solution that was easy to maintain long-term & that would encourage healthy routine.

Through calorie counting, I’ve regulated my eating pattern and I can now eat 3 meals a day with snacks – and enjoy each and every meal. Please note – when calorie counting, it is SO important you use an online calculator to figure how many calories you should be eating to function properly. Please do not use my calorie limitations for your own dietary needs, I only state them throughout the video just to give you a glimpse into my journey.
