Ingredients:
Fresh halloumi – sliced
Lettuce – washed and sliced
Cucumber
Peppers
Pomegranate
Additional options: pickles, jalapeños, grated carrots, sweetcorn. Any vegetables of your choice!
Sauces :
Hummus
Garlic sauce
Method
1) Add butter to a hot pan
2) Fry halloumi in butter on a low to medium heat until its golden on both sides
3) To prepare your wrap, spread the sauce first and then add fillings of your choice and halloumi
