Yo people, welcome back to another video and in the video, I tackle the calorie goal of 2500 calories per day along with a protein target of 200g. This is a pretty typical full day of eating for me on 2500 calories. Most of meals contain a high amount of nutrient dense foods but I always leave room for some snacks throughout the day (particularly towards the end of the day). And as a general rule, if 80-90% of your calories each day are coming from high quality foods, then there shouldn’t be any big issue with dedicating 10-20% of your calories to lower quality foods!
So, in today’s day of eating, I attempt Greg Doucette’s famous high protein anabolic french toast (well, a version of it anyway). Then I move onto a quick, convenient meal that I picked up in Aldi followed by some low calorie, high protein stuffed cajun turkey peppers (delicious). And as my final meal, I go for a very cheeky bowl of porridge with whey protein, marshmallows, peanut butter and some “high protein” white chocolate that I picked up from Aldi!
