The most commonly used urad dal for breakfast & snacks has real benefits of health so why to give up let’s make as many as variety possible…hope you have watched my previous videos on vada recipe today I am going to make this in bonda style with carrot in it.
So let’s begin with ingredients used in this recipe
1) Urad dal 200gm
2) carrots 2now grated fresh
3) salt for taste
4) Jeera/cumin seeds
5) Chilli
6) Curry leaves
7) Coriander leaves
Dal make a dough in mixer and mix all the ingredients one by one mix well with hands so that it will be soft bonda.
