Sprouts Veg Sandwich – This is very healthy bread sandwich in which we are using sprouts in bread spread and stuffing it with veggies.

Ingredients:-
Sprouts – 1cup (Wash and soak whole moong for 7-8 hours then remove water and keep in airtight container for a day or 2 to get sprout)
Butter – 2 tbsp
Tomato ketchup – 2 tbsp
Chili sauce – 2 tbsp
Salt, Black pepper – as per taste
Avocado – 1 optional
Cilantro
Green chili
Tomato -1
For stuffing:-
Red pepper – 1
Onion -1
Thick curd – 1/4 cup
Green chili -1 chopped
Grated cheese/ paneer – 1 cup
Salt and black pepper – as per taste
Directions:-
Grind sprouts and grind tomato, cilantro, avocado, green chili
Mix well, add salt and black pepper
Mix in butter, tomato sauce, chili sauce
Bread spread is ready
For stuffing, mix curd, red pepper, green chili, onion, salt and black pepper
Spread bread spread on bread, put stuffing and cover with another bread. Roast on tawa by applying butter on both sides and pressing gently.
Toast till it turns golden brown.
