For Dosa
Brown rice 3 cups
Urad dal 1 cup(Black gram lentils)
Oil 2 tbsp

For Chutney
Channa dal 1/2 cup
Dry red chilli 3
Grated coconut 1/2 cup
oil 1 tsp
Curry leaves 2 tbsp
salt to taste
hing/asafoetida a pinch
Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
Urad dal 1/4 tsp
