We were always super sad whenever we’d go to Trader Joe’s™ for the pancake bread and the shelves would be empty, so we came up with a solution. Instead of dwelling in disappointment, we created our very own copycat version of this breakfast bake. Now, we can make and enjoy the deliciousness at home whenever we get a hankering!
