Ingredients
-Minced Meat 500 Gram
-Onions (Chopped) 2
-Sesame Seed 2 tbs
-Melted Butter
-Chili Flakes 1/2 tbs
-Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
-Salt 1/2 tbs
-Chat Masala 1/2 tbs
Cooking oil 1/2 Cup
Milk 1/2 Cup
Dried Coriander 1/2 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Recipe:
–First of all, prepare meat mixture. To prepare meat mixture, heat the oil in a pan and add chopped onions and saute until becomes soft. Now add all the spices with minced meat and cook until it turns brown. Set aside.
–Take prepared dough for naan and roll it with a rolling pin. Put meat mixture in the center and give it a round shape by pinching all corners.
–Place the dough in a preheated oven, Keep it inside until baked from the bottom. Take it out while golden brown in color.
–Once naan baked transfer it to a plate and brush it with melted butter.
–Now serve this delicious keema stuffed naan.
