Try this low calorie high protein breakfast idea. It is fast and easy to make. Can be used as flexible dieting lifestyle, diet food or year round. This can be considered as an anabolic kitchen recipe. This is also a keto diet recipe as it is very low in carbs, although I am not low carb myself. This will promote muscle building aka bulking diet. This is a healthy weight loss meal / food. Great for fat loss. Easy omelet or omellette for breakfast with mushrooms
Ingredients:
80g mushrooms
300g egg whites
30g of light feta cheese
All ingredients can vary in amounts depending on your liking just cook them how I did.
