Hi everyone!!
This is truely amazing breakfast recipe, do try and share your feedback..
It’s loaded with spinach Nutrients like Iron, Magnesium and Vitamins. Vitamin K is the key factor of spinach, that’s all makes the spinach super food.
And you must be knowing about Poha ( Flattened rice ) health benefits!

Ingredients_____

Poha – 1 cup
Gram flour – 1 cup
Spinach – 1 cup
Ginger – 1 inch ( grated )
Green Chillies – 4
Coriander leaves – 1/2 cup
Oil – 4 spoon ( for binding the mixture )
Salt – 1 tea spoon full
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tea spoon
Chilli flakes – 1 tea spoon
Carrom seeds- 1/2 tea spoon
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tea spoon
Oil for deep frying

Wash thoroughly twice to the puffed rice and strain the cloudy water, let it rest for 2-3 minutes. Then mash the Poha and make it’s dough. Add the suggested ingredients into it and make cutlets dough. Apply oil on your palms and make desired shapes for the cutlets. Then deep fry on high flame to the cutlets.
Serve hot 🔥 with chutney, tomato ketchup or a cup of tea 🍵
