Healthy #upma / #uppuma using #gobi instead of rava or sooji so it is low calorie, low carb, high fiber, helps in #weightloss

Recipe for healthy upma / uppuma

1 large cauliflower head / gobi, grated, equivalent to 3 cups
1-2 tbsp oil or ghee
1 tsp mustard seeds
5 red chillies / or just 1 green chilli
1 medium carrot, chopped into small pieces
1 small greeen or red capsicum, chopped into small pieces
7-8 french beans, stringed, chopped into small pieces
2 tbsp green peas
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, torn or shredded
1 tsp lemon juice
2 inch-piece fresh coconut, grated
10-12 broken roasted cashews or peanuts
4-5 fresh coriander leaves for garnishing
Salt to taste
1-2 tbsp water or as needed
