1.Take a bowl of pineapple pieces.
2.Crunch mint leaves in another bowl(using stone mortar and pestal set mixer or you can use hand)
Note:Avoid using electrical mixer.
3- Now add crunched mint leaves, salt to taste, 1 tablespoon of vinegar(you can use lemon juice too)and 2 tablespoons of Honey
4.Mix it well together
5.Now you may serve. You can have it with biriyani, chappathi too
