Besan Egg Cheela

Ingredients
* Besan – 2tbsp (40g)
* Egg – 1 large
* Onion – 1/4 chopped
* Green chillies – 1-2
* Salt – 1/4 tsp or to taste
* Red chilli – 1/4 tsp
* Cumin powder – 1//4-1/2 tsp
* Oil – 1tsp
Method
1. Whisk 1 egg in a bowl.
2. Add besan, onions, green chillies, salt, red chilli and cumin powder.
3. Mix well by gradually adding water to make batter.
4. Heat pan and grease with 1 tsp oil.
5. Add some besan batter to make cheelas.
6. Serve with chilli sauce and mint sauce.
