Hi everyone, another food that I wanna share and tips for healthy meals prep. Just to let you know that I cooked with out salt or low sodium. Which is good to all those have a heart condition problem to maintain their good health. And if you wanna try to cook my recipe on this meal and you don’t have any problem on your heart you can add salt depends on your taste. I’m not a good nutritionist but as my experience and having a husband with heart surgery I have to cook w/ out salt or low sodium.
Always check the label for low sodium
