Hey guys!! Going off of my last video, I thought the most appropriate “problem” I should first make a video about is my struggle with food. For as long as I can remember I have had a negative relationship with food. It’s easy to overlook when this happens, but finally becoming self-aware enough to know my triggers and how I can help fuel my body has been life changing! Recently I have been feeling “bored” with my healthy meals that I had a couple of binging sessions of non-fueling foods. To help me get back on track I thought I would try 3 new healthy recipes from Pinterest! Trying to healthy recipes can be a great way to stay on track with your health/weight loss goals! I thought I would share these 3 new healthy Pinterest recipes in a video in case anyone out there relates + needs some healthy recipe inspo!
