Breakfast Recipe:
Avocados
Tomatos
Onions
Dried Purple Basil, Parsley or Cilantro
Cayenne pepper
Turmeric powder
Whole wheat break
Eggs
Salt

Lunch Recipe:
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Zucchini
Honey Nut Squash
Onion
(you can also add a Boiled potato, spinach and kale)
1 tbs of butter
Green Pees
Salt

Green Juice:
Green Kale
Spinach
Romain Lettuce
Ripe Pineapple
Mango Chunks
1 Banana
half of Lemon
Collagen
Protein ( I only do protein If I workout)

Dinner Recipe:
Salmon
Garlic Cloves
Cayenne Pepper
Parsley
Oregano
Quinoa
Potatoes( I also make this with Sweet potato)
Lettuce
a few tomato pieces
Avocados
Salt
