Whether you are trying to lose weight or just eat more healthfully, some days you just might need a snack to get through. Here are some ideas that I really like. I’ve included both savory and sweet depending on what type of snacker you are.
When it comes to snacking for weight loss, you want to make sure it is satisfying, BUT that the snack doesn’t turn into a full meal 😊 So, enjoy these while really cueing into when you are satisfied and not over stuffed. Happy Snacking!
