1/2 an avocado
MACRO FRIENDLY PIZZA:
1 Flatzza flatbread (got mine at sprouts)
1/2 cup marinara sauce
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 an onion
HEALTHY EGGS BENEDICT:
2 eggs
1 english muffin
2 slices of tomato
1 tbsp butter
4 slices of avocado
1 slice pepperjack cheese
