ingredients
mango – 1 small
banana- 1
milk – 1 small glass
soaked almonds 5 to 6
soaked walnuts 2
soaked dates 2
pumpkin seeds – 1 spoon
mix all the ingredients and grind them nicely…
ur breakfast is ready……
