Trying healthy tiktok recipes: In this video I found 2 healthy recipes on tiktok and cooked them. These healthy recipes turned out soooo well! The video inludes a full tutorial with step-by-step directions to make these healthy recipes (which are also provided below along with the tiktok user I got the recipe from)!! *PIZZA CRUST RECIPE*
-12.5 TBSP Cornstarch
-3/4 Cup Egg Whites (The freshest you can get)
DIRECTIONS: Beat these ingredients until foamy and cook on stove like you would a pancake. Once cooked add sauce, cheese and toppings. I used low fat 4 cheese and mini pepperonis!
*AVOCADO CHIPS RECIPE*
-1 Egg
-1 Cup of Parmesan Cheese
-1 Ripe Avocado
-Everything Bagel seasoning (or any seasoning you want)
DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mash and mix avocado (I used a hand mixer). Mix in cheese and egg. Blend well. Use parchment paper on cookie sheet, scoop and spread 12 (chips) on pan. Add seasoning and place in oven for 30 minutes! ENJOY!
