Ingredients for Ragi Rotti

Ragi flour – 1 cup
Maida flour – 2 tbsp
Chopped onion – 3/4 th cup
grated carrot – 1/2 cup
Chopped cabbage – 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves – 1/2cup
green chilli- 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves – 2 tbsp
coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
garam masala – 1/2 tsp salt – 1/2 tsp
Jeera powder – 1/2 tsp
Water

Pudina chutney ingredients

Pudina leaves – 1cup
Chana dal – 2 tbsp
Urad dal – 1 tbsp
dried red chilli – 8 piece
Coriander leaves
Tamarind
Salt
