The Nigerian Salad is best enjoyed when you use the Heinz salad dressing but this might be hard to find especially for those living outside Nigeria, so I did a little research and I saw the recipe below. I actually did try it and it was really close to the real thing.
3 Tbsp of Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp of white vinegar
1 Tbsp of Icing sugar
1 Tsp of Mustard (optional)
Crispy fried spring roll is one of my favorite snacks and it’s actually not as difficult as it’s thought to be. I hope you give this a try?.
