Beetroot Chapathi

Ingredients
Beetroot – 1
Whole wheat flour/Atta – 2 cups
Ginger – 1 tsp grated
Green Chilli – 2
Ginger – 1 tsp grated
Curd – 1 tbsp
Kothamalli/Coriander leaves – 1/4 cup finely grated
Onion – 1/2 Cup finely chopped
Salt – 1 tsp
Coriander/Dhania Powder – 1 tsp
Jeera/cumin seeds powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
Aamchur/Dry mango powder – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 2 tsp
Ghee – 1 tbsp
