Who doesn’t like a quick and easy method of weight loss!
These balls are just the perfect way to gain energy and lose weight.
Recipe:
Ingredients:
– 40 dates
– 4 tbsp oats
– 20 almonds
– 20 walnuts
– 4 tbsp melon seeds (char maghaz)
– 4 tbsp dried coconut
– 4 tbsp sesame seeds
– 4 tbsp pumpkin seeds
– 6 tbsp flax seeds
– 4 tbsp sunflower seeds
– 4 tbsp chia seeds
Prodecure:
– Take the seeds out of all the dates.
– On medium high flame roast the oats, almonds, walnuts, char maghaz, dried coconut, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, and sunflower seeds.
– Grind all the seeds into a fine powder.
– Blend the dates, chia seeds and the powders together.
– Take the energy balls material out of the blender.
– Mold it into ball like shapes.
– Enjoy!
– You can skip any ingredient if you happen to be allergic to it.
– You could also add any other desired seeds or nuts!
– You can store these balls in the fridge until they finish.
