Ingredients:
1.Bread
2.Jaggery
3.Coconut powder
4.oil

Preparation:
1.Take bread slices. Cut the edjes. And cut into half as shown in video.
2.Taka a kadai, add oil for deep fry.
3.Add bread slices and fried until it turns golden brown.
4.Transfer to plate.
5.Take a pan, add jaggery, water and cook till jaggery melts.
6.After jaggery melts switch off the stove.
7.Now dip fried bread slices in jaggery syrup.
8.Transfer to plate.
9.Take coconut powder in one plate.
10.Coat bread slices with coconut powder as shown in video.
11.Yummy Bread kaja is ready serve.
