An alternative to our Whey Protein Pancake Recipe for those of you who prefer casein! Check out the Whey version here:
Ingredients:
Banana – 80g or 1 Small
Baking Powder – 5g
Casein Protein Powder – 30g or 1 Scoop
Egg Whites – 3 Medium
Directions:
1) Separate the Egg Whites from the yolks
2) Add the Egg Whites, Protein Powder, Banana, and Baking Powder to a blender or food processor and blend on high until completely smooth
3) Spray a frying pan with low-calorie cooking spray and heat at medium-low until the pan is warm
4) Pour the mixture into the pan and cook until bubbles form on the top
5) Once bubbles are visible, flip the pancakes and cook for a further minute
6) Repeat steps 4 and 5 until all the mixture is used
7) Stack onto a plate and add any extra toppings you would like
8) Serve and enjoy!
