3)Tomato (chopped)-1 medium size
4)Olive oil- 3 tbsps
5)Green chillies (finely chopped)- 2-3 no
6)Coriander leaves (chopped)- 3-4 tbsps
7)Milk- 2-3 tbsps
8)Black pepper pwd- 1/2 tsp
9)Salt- 1 tsp/acc to taste

TIPS:-
1)Always use a non-stick pan for this recipe.
2)Do not over cook the omelet, for more than 7-8 mins.
3)Steam it on low flame.
