â–  800g Turkey mince (7% fat)
â–  500g sweet potato
â–  1kg cauliflower
â–  2 large eggs
â–  1 slice wholemeal bread
â–  50g feta
â–  15ml olive oil
â–  35g tahini

Chicken & Veg Stir Fry –

â–  200g red onion
