🎊Taco style Ground turkey Ingredients:
1/2 chopped red onions
2 lbs of Lean Ground Turkey
Onion salt
No MSG Sazon Tropical
Non stick spray
1 1/2 cups of cooked pinto beans
Ground cumin

Instructions:
Purée beans in a blender Blend 1 1/2 cups cooked pinto beans with 1/2 cup of water (add more water if blend is too thick. Place to the side.

Spray medium-large pan with non stick spray. Add Red onions and Ground turkey. Cook and chop down Ground turkey making sure that no pink remains. Drain. Add 1-2 tablespoons of onion salt, 1 1/2 tablespoons of Sazon , 1 tablespoon of Ground Cumin mix Pour purée beans onto cooked ground turkey mix and allow to simmer and cook for 5 mins on medium-low heat. Enjoy

🎊Vegan Taco Style Lunch Ingredients:

1/2 chopped red onions
2 medium chopped garlic cloves
3 1/2 cups of pinto beans
16 oz of Baby Bella and White mushrooms
Coconut amino’s
Onion salt
Ground cumin
Non stick spray

Instructions:
Purée beans in a blender Blend 1 1/2 cups cooked pinto beans with 1/2 cup of water (add more water if blend is too thick. Place to the side.

Spray pan with non stick spray and add red onions and garlic cloves, then 2 cups of beans, add 16 oz mushrooms, 1/2 tablespoon of coconut amino’s, 1-2 tablespoons of onion salt,
1/2 tablespoon of ground Cumin. Mix and pour purée beans. Allow to simmer for 5 mins and enjoy!

Cook time: 15-20mins
Serving size: 1/4 cup per serving

2 1/2 cups of water
2 1/2 Tablespoons of No Msg Tropical Sazon
1 1/2 cup of basmati brown rice
1 small sauce pan
1 tbls of coconut oil (optional)

Instructions :

Add water, Sazon, and coconut oil to saucepan. Bring water to a boil, then add basmati brown rice. Allow water to evaporate in small pot. Turn burner to low heat and apply aluminum foil with lid over the pot. Allow to steam for 10 mins. Enjoy!
