Healthy Breakfast Ideas | Low Calorie Low Fat Espresso Banana Protein Muffins

This banana muffin recipe is the perfect healthy breakfast idea, and it’s PACKED with protein! In this video, I’ll be showing you how to make high protein, low calorie, low fat banana muffins that are perfect for a morning pick-me-up, and weight loss! Plus, these are some seriously easy muffins to make – they MIGHT take 25 minutes from start to finish!

Isopure Protein:

Recipe:
Dry ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups (180g) white whole wheat flour
1 Heaping Tbsp (12g) instant coffee
2 1/2 Scoops (75g) Isopure Vanilla WPI
1/3 Tsp baking soda

Wet Ingredients:
3 Mashed bananas (300g)
4 Tbsps honey (84g)
2 Eggs
2 Egg whites

Method:
In a medium sized bowl mix dry ingredients until well combined
In a separate medium sized bowl mix wet ingredients until combined
Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix until well incorporated with one another
Coat a 12 slotted muffin tray with baking spray
Add batter evenly into each mold (3/4 full)
Bake at 350 Degrees or 177 Celsius for 12-14 minutes
