Today we are making a very healthy snack recipe made with Quinoa.
Quinoa is rich in fiber, minerals, antioxidants and all nine essential amino acids. Quinoa is one of the healthiest & most nutritious food on the planet.
It may improve your blood sugar and cholesterol levels and even help in weight loss. So let’s get started.
Ingredients:
1 cup quinoa
1 1/2 cup water
1 chopped onion
2 grated carrots
1 cup spinach
2-3 spoon chickpea flour or alternatively rice flour for added crispiness.
some oil for brushing.
Recipe:
1. Wash your quinoa.
2. Add quinoa and water in instant pot and pressure cook it for 1 min.
or
Add your quinoa and water in a pan with lid and cook it with lid closed for around 12-15 min.
3. Let your quinoa cool a bit, as you need to give it a patties or cutlet shape through your hands.
4. Take a big bowl and mix all ingredient together
Cooked Quinoa, Onion, Spinach, Carrot, Chickpea flour.
5. Take some mixture in hand, roll it and make patties / cutlet shape.
6. Preheat your air-fryer on 350F
7. Grease your air-fryer bucket and place your cutlets / patties
8. Cook your patties for 12 min, flip them in between (after 8 min)
9. Grease another side of your patties when flip.
10. Your patties should be ready in 12 min, though can add 3-5 more minutes if you like them more crispy.
11. Serve with any sauce or enjoy with your cup of tea.
