Sprouted moong beans (green grams) – 1/2 cup
Curry Leaves – 4 to 5
Garlic Cloves – 2
Chopped Ginger – 1 teaspoon
1 Small Green Chilli, chopped
Chickpea Flour (Besan) – 1/3 Cup
Chopped Coriander Leaves – 1 Tablespoon
Flax Seeds (Alsi) – 2 teaspoons
Pink Himalayan Salt or salt – as per taste
Water as required
Oil or Ghee (Clarified butter) – for greasing
