Ingredients for 2 servings( 2 pcs ramekin 9 x 5 cm):

125 g gluten free rolled oats / 1.39 ( ~ 1 1/2) cups
45 g natural peanut butter / 3 tablespoons
40 ml maple syrup / 2.71 tbsp
220 ml plant milk / 0.92 cup
1 teaspoon baking powder (5g)
20 g chocolate chips / 2 tablespoons
1 tsp carob powder / or cocoa

bake 20-25 minutes at 180°C /360°F
