I created this recipe for low calorie birthday cake. So many of you requested this recipe so here’s my version of it.
You can obviously frost your whole cake with the topping shown in the video. I, however, enjoy it without any topping as the cake itself turns out really really soft and moist.
🌸 Ingredients
Eggs: 2, small
Oat flour: 4 tablespoons
Sweetener: 4 tablespoons
Vanilla essence: A few drops
Low fat almond milk(sweetened) : 1/2 cup
Vanilla greek yogurt or whipped topping: For frosting your cake

Divide it into 8 pieces and each slice would have 27 calories.
