Healthy Tuna Melt 😈

2 cans of tuna
2 stalks celery
1/2 shallot
1 jalapeño
Parsley or cilantro
As much hot peppers to handle
1/4 cup mayo

Spices:
1 tsp paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt

Serve on multi grain bread for some fiber and toss on a tomato to keep it moist 😎
