Method:

Take 3 large eggs in a bowl. Add salt, black pepper powder, red chilli flakes and mix herbs. Whisk all of them.
Take a pan, add butter , when butter melts , fry bread slices until golden color appears.
Add more butter , when butter melts , add beaten eggs and take 2 bread slices on it.
When egg become dry, flip the egg and bread with the help of spoon.
Cover the bread corner with the egg.
Add ketchup and mayonnaise on it. Spread evenly.
Also add grated cheese on it.
Fry for 2-3 Minutes until cheese melt.
Now ready to serve.
