Hi Everyone,
So I needed to post this today and tell you that I have made some BIG Changes with my diet! I have been vegan for over two years and I love this lifestyle for many reasons however recently I have been experiencing some issues with bloating and digestion. Some vegans are fine others just can’t consume a lot of soy, certain vegetables ,high carb fruits and lots of processed protein substitutes. I am one of those people. I have not been feeling or looking my best and after doing a lot of research and thinking have decided to start eating differently. I have started eating a more Whole Foods diet which means I still eat lots of veggies and plant based meals but I am incorporating some fish and eggs back into my diet! I also am trying to eat more organic and cutting out processed food completely. Wish me luck! It really was the best decision for me now. From this point on I will be sharing more about health and wellness and wholesome nutritious food for everyone and I will still share vegan recipes that I love. Thanks to everyone who follows my youtube!! I love the support and sharing healthy recipes with you all.
