Try this lower fat recipe for crustless apple pies this Thanksgiving! This healthy dessert is an easy thanksgiving dessert is an apple pie without sugar, butter or crust and still includes ice cream on top. It is a low calorie dessert your can eat guilt free!
Ingredients:
3 Fuji Apples
2/3c Oats
3 tbsp Greek Yogurt
1/4c Stevia
1tsp Cinnamon
1 scoop Halo Top Ice Cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, cut apples in half, make small slits, spray with cooking spray, and bake 25 minutes.
Combine yogurt, oats, cinnamon in a bowl.
Cover and insert into apple slits.
Bake 10 more minutes.
