Written Recipe:
Salad Dressing:
Olive oil: 4 tbsp
Peanut Butter: 1 tbsp
Mustard Paste: 1.5 tsp
Lemon Juice: 1 tbsp
Dried Parsley: 1 tsp
Blackpepper Crushed: 1 tsp
Pink Salt: 0.5 tsp
Preparation:
In a bowl add olive oil and peanut butter and mix well until dissolved.
Add remaining ingredients mix well and set aside.
Roasted Beans:
Red Beans(Boiled): 1 Cup
Olive oil: 1 tbsp
Paprika Powder: 1 tsp
Pink Salt: 0.5 tsp
Sesame seeds: 1 tbsp
Preparations:
In Pan add all ingredients and give a good toss.
Roast for 2-3 minutes on high flame and set aside.
Salad Preparation:
Cucumber 1 medium
Red Cabbage: 1 small
Onion: 1 medium
Carrot: 1 small
Bell pepper: 1 small
Tomato: 1 Large
Salad Leaves: 1 bunch
Mint Leaves: as required
Pomegranate: 1/2 cup
Salted Peanuts: 1/2 cup
Preparations:
In Large bowl add all veggies pomegranate and peanuts.
Pour salad dressing and give a good mix.
Lastly add Roasted Beans and mix well.
Serve it with garnishing some pomegranate and peanuts.
