This video is specially for those who eats only one kind of breakfast daily or those who wants to eat healthy. We should always try to eat as healthy as possible. I hope this video will help you.

MUESLI/CORN FLAKES

This is a quick breakfat option speially on Mondays. After two days of holiday , we sometimes struggle on monday and then itcomes very handy. You just need milk of your choice and fruits and nuts you like to eat.

TOFU BHURJI

Tofu is soya paneer which is rich in protein and essential amino acids.
Ingredients are –
1.Grated garlic – 1 tsp
2.Grated ginger -1 tsp
3.Chopped green chillies
4.Chopped onion – 1 medium
5.Chopped tomato – half
6.Chopped capsicum – half
7.Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
8.Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
9.Kitchen king masala – 1/2 tsp
10. Salt as per taste
11. Tofu – 200 gm
12. Fresh coriander for garnihing
13. Oil – 3 tsp

OATS SMOOTHIE
Oats smoothie is made in just 2 minutes and is super healthy an tasty. You need milk(200ml ), Roasted oats powder (1 cup), 1 banana and little sugar( you can skip if you want). Blend all these together and your oat smoothie is ready. Garnish it with some chia seeds and some more chopped bananas.

DALIA UPMA
Dalia is cracked wheat and is easily digestible.to make dalia upma you need-
1.Dalia – 1 cup
2.Oil – 2 tbsp
3.Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
4.Grated ginger – 1/2 tsp
5.Hing (asafoetida) – a pinch
6.Chopped onion – 1 medium
7.Few curry leaves
8.Turmeric powder – little bit
9.Salt to taste

SPROUT SALAD
Its super healthy and can be very useful in weight loss. You need sprouts of your choice. Add in chopped cucumber, tomato and coriander leaves. Add rock salt to taste and sprout salad is ready to eat.
