Shreeded Cheese Optional
Spinach Berry Smoothie
1 Cup Almond Milk
1 Cup Berries
1 Cup Spinach
1/2 Cup Banana
Breakfast Cookies
1/2 cup (128 g) unsweetened natural peanut butter
1/4 cup (59 ml) pure maple syrup or raw honey
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp (50 g) quick oats
1/2 Teaspoon or 3 grams Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon or 5 grams Vanilla
Bake at 350 degrees or 176 Celsius for 10-12 minutes.
Breakfast Muffins
2 bananas
1 cup peanut butter
2 eggs
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/ Cup Oats
¼ cup maple syrup (optional)
½ cup chocolate chips (optional)
400 degrees Fahrenheit or 205 Celsius
Bake for 15-20 minutes
