Roasted Veggies:
Pumpkin – 450 grams / 2 cups / 15.9 oz
Brocolis – 700 grams / 4 cups / 24.7oz
Cherry Tomatoes – 400 grams / 2 cups / 14.1oz
Dried Oregano – 6 grams / 3 teaspoons
Salt – 4 grams / 2 teaspoon
Black Pepper – 2 grams / 1 teaspoon
Olive oil – 6 tablespoons
Avocado Sexy Dressing:
Avocado – 2 or 3
Garlic – 2 small cloves
olive oil – 1/4 cup
Salt – 4 grams / 2 teaspoon
Black pepper – 2 grams / 1 teaspoon
Peanuts (or any dry nuts) – 0.5 cup / 75 grams / 2.5 oz
Vegetable suggestions in case you don’t like the ones we used:
Red bell pepper, Butternut squash, Cucumbers, Sweet Potato, Potatoes, Espargos, Brussels sprouts, Carrots, Baby Carrots, Cauliflower, etc…
