Choco Oat Meal

When we think about oats especially at my home the only sound I hear “oh.. no…” or “I am not eating today” or “I am not hungry”.. ha ha ha.. am sure many of you can relate to these reactions but this recipe surprised me as it was utter delicious & chocolatey. Please do ensure to serve it chilled if you are planning to dig into this super healthy recipe

Ingredients:

– Papaya/banana
– Steel cut/rolled oats
– Cocoa powder
– Honey
– Chia seeds
– Milk (Can be substituted with almond milk)
– Pumpkin seeds

Method:

– In a bowl add chopped papaya/banana fruits
– Add Oats, Cocoa powder, Honey, Chia seeds & Milk
– Refrigerate for at least two hours
– Once taken out of the fridge garnish with pumpkin seeds or any nuts
– Enjoy this slurpy, chocolatey, mushy oat mean either for Breakfast or Dinner
