GLUTEN & SUGAR FREE OAT WAFFLES
🧇 1 and 1/5 cups oat flour
🧇 1/2 cup oat milk
🧇 2 eggs
🧇 1/2 cup melted butter or refined oil
🧇 2 tsp baking powder
🧇 1 tsp salt
*optional – cinnamon and honey to taste
mix the dry ingredients. separately, mix the wet ingredients. mix wet ingredients into the dry ones. let the batter sit for 10 minutes while the waffle-maker heats up.
then give the batter another whisk and bake each waffle until golden brown. as they cool off, stack them together for soft texture, or separately for crispy waffles ❤️
*TO MAKE IT PLANT-BASED: don’t add eggs and use refined oil
