Recipe
1 tbsp Ghee
1 tsp Urad dal
1 tsp Mustard seeds
Few curry leaves
Allow them to splutter
1 Green chilli, slit lengthwise
1 tsp Ginger, chopped
Mix again
1 Onion, chopped
Cook till translucent
Salt to taste
1 cup Ragi flour
Mix it well
Add 2 cups water or as per needed
Stir continuously to avoid lumps
1/4 cup Milk
Cover for 5 minutes
Open and mix again
1 tsp lemon juice
Coriander leaves, chopped
Mix well and serve hot
