Ingredients
Wheat Flour : 1 Bowl
Besan : 1/3 Bowl
Salt : As per taste
Black Pepper : 1/2 Tbsp
Ajwain : 1/2 Tbsp
Hing : 1/4 Tbsp
Gunger : 1/3 Tbsp (Grated)
Onion : 1 Tbsp (Chopped )
Green Chilli : 1/2 Tbsp (Chopped)
Coriander leaves : 1/2 Tbsp (Chopped )
Daal : Any Leftover daal
Recipe:
1. Take a bowl and add wheat flour, besan, salt, black pepper, ajwain, hing, ginger, onion, green chilies, coriander leaves, and any leftover daal and kneed it to make a dough.
2. Now, make the chapati with the dough and cook from both sides (add ghee optionally).
3. Serve hot and enjoy with curd or pickle for best taste
