Option 1: Apple crumble parfait
Mix Greek yogurt, apples, granola, cinnamon
Option 2: turkey sandwich
I added turkey, arugula, tomatoes, avocado, red onion.
Option 3: Pumpkin Spice Overnight oats
– 1 cup rolled oats
– 1 tbsp chia seeds
– 1 cup almond milk
– 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional, but adds protein)
– 1-2 tsp pumpkin spice
– 1 tbsp maple syrup
You can either eat it warm or cold. If you choose to warm it up, add extra liquid until you get the right consistency.
