– Rice Flour or Fine Semolina : 3 tbsp
– Breadcrumbs : 1 cup (Coarsely grind bread crusts or skip)
– Salt : 1/2 tsp or to taste
– Chaat Masala : 1/2 tsp
– Chili Flakes : 1/2 tsp
– Oregano : 1/2 tsp
– Coriander Leaves : Handful or to taste (finely chopped)
– Corn Flour : 2 tbsp
– Water : 50-60 ml
– Corn Flakes : 1 cup (Or breadcrumbs instead)
– Vegetable Oil : 500 ml or as required
