This fruit custard video is your friendly reminder to make that childhood dessert yet again and relive those memories.

Ingredients I used:
– 500ml milk
– 3 tbsp custard powder (for thick custard, add less if you prefer it thin)
– 4 to 5 tsp sugar (or as preferred)
– 1 banana, chopped
– 1 apple, chopped
– 1 pear, chopped
– 1/3 cup pomegranate seeds
– 1 tbsp cashews, crushed
– 1 tbsp almonds, crushed
– 1 tbsp pistachios, crushed

Procedure:
-Add custard powder and sugar to 1/2 cup milk. Mix well.
– Boil remaining milk and add the mixture. Mix well, ensure there are no lumps.
– Add fruits and dried fruits and serve hot or chilled.
